Today I binged myself eating 2 plates of spaghetti carbonara ughhhhh one of my worst habit. Then I felt bad for my body so I started working out to burn those calories I took.

Today I binged myself eating 2 plates of spaghetti carbonara ughhhhh one of my worst habit. Then I felt bad for my body so I started working out to burn those calories I took.

Goal: 40-42kg

hello. i am here to record my progress to lose 3-5 kilos. 

i was originally 50 kg but i have gone through a laid-back diet and exercised 4 times per week and managed to lose 5 kilos in 4 months.

i am 16 years old, i now weigh 45 kilos and my height is 169cm.

i have flabby thighs, which makes me super uncomfortable wearing shorts or a bikini.

starting my diet from tomorrow, today i binged myself and i cannot let this happen again. i will battle against starving and binge eating, i’ve considered purging myself multiple of times but i am a coward to do so.

each week i will try and post pictures of my exercises, my abs, thighs and how effective it is to my body.

i hope, i really do hope i will be able to reach my goal in 27 days, which is in 4 weeks.
